I WANT TO PICK UP MY ORDER IN STORE

To pick up your order in-store, select "Local Pickup" at checkout. An email will be sent to you confirming your order, followed by a second email notifying you when your order is ready for pick up. A valid piece of ID is required to confirm your shipping address and order pick-up. If someone else will be picking up your order, please have their name and address as it appears on their ID listed as the ship to address so we may be able to release the order to them. Please note if your order is not picked up within 14 days it will be cancelled and refunded.

Damages

If for some reason you receive an item that is damaged at no fault of your own, please contact The  Rockin' Cowboy at info@rockincowboyclothingcompany.com within 10 days of the delivery date. Please provide a photo and explanation of the damage.

Refunds

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR STORE CREDITS AT THIS TIME. ANY ABANDONED ORDERS RETURNED TO SENDER WILL INCUR A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
